Before the Demolition Begins

This is a photo of my sister's powder room before we get our little hands on it. The plan (cause it's important to have one, and everything) is to retile, get a new potty, and new sink (vanity instead of pedestal). I'm here cause I'm handy that way - oooh! It gets better, as she reads over my shoulder she says that I am, and I quote, "The Expert."
