I know it'll come as a shock to most of you, but it's hot and muggy here in south Florida. I'm not sure why this surprises me - perhaps because we had SNOW on Sunday night (not in south Florida, but in the clime where my body is currently thinking it should be) and now I'm here trying to remember how to adjust the A/C in the car so that it's cool but the windows don't fog up unnecessarily. Still, I keep thinking that one of these times I'm going to come to school and it won't be over 80 degrees. So far no dice. But there's still plenty of opportunities for hope. Right?
I'm sitting in the atrium enjoying my 1.5 hour lunch break between four-hour class sessions. I keep thinking that I should go out and explore and eat lunch off campus. But then I think about the logistics involved in that and end up back at Einstein Bagel. Thankfully they have pretty tasty sandwiches. (Today's choice: spicy chicken on challah).
I'm tempted to do the Brit Lit meme that Robbo just posted - but in the vague recesses of my mind it feels like I've already done it. And it just seems like an awful lot of work to either go back and look or do it over. Perhaps once I reacclimate to hot and muggy I'll feel more motivated.
And with that...I think I'll dredge up what motivation I can and knock out the reading assignment we just got so that I'm free to play computer games this evening.

They do tend to blur together, don't they?
