Please Don't Mock My Lisp

(So my dad (with whom I work (and that's really cool cause he's my favorite coworker) (and I'm not just sucking up (well, ok maybe I'm sucking up a little (does that get me a present?)))) is on "vacation" (I have to put it in quotes (that's actually kind of the point of this post) (I know (you didn't think I had one (did you?) (you know you didn't)))) and has probably spent more time working on a proposal (shock (surprise (amazement))) than actually vacationing.) (This just reinforces my decision to leave the country (that's right (no more vacations in the US)) any time I vacation while working here. (Or at least leave my cell phone at home (turned off (or maybe I should leave it on so it rings a lot before voice mail picks up)))))

Ok, got that out of my system. For those of you who are not so geeky that you reminisce about the days in college where you got to spend hours and hours simply writing programs in arcane programming languages - especially if the programs were basically an advanced "20 questions" program with the computer - go here. And if you should want to be slightly frightened (I'm a geek to the core and this scared me a little...go here.

The rest of us, just smile a little and remember hours of trying to match up parentheses before you discovered the command in vi that does it for you. You know who you are.

And yes, vi. vi ROCKS.
