Apparently there's a word for employees like me...

According to the article (link in title), I'm disengaged. This works as well as any other term one might come up with. The article says:

"the disengaged workplace creates employees who are unthinking, uncaring and unfeeling because they are essentially working in an environment that has sucked away any initiative or spirit for work they might have."

Honestly, I think they could've just said:
"the disengaged workplace creates employees who are unthinking, uncaring and unfeeling because they are essentially working in an environment that sucks."
Short, truthful, and to the point.

Snappy props (in a Z formation?) to Lynellen for the amusing article.
