Fun Things for a Monday Morning

One of the few websites other than blogs that I check every day is Pop Candy. Yes, ok, technically it's a blog. But it's from a newspaper. That has to count somehow, right? (After all, we all know the only section of USA Today worth reading is the purple one. And this is in the purple section of the website, see?) So anyway, I can't take credit for the following, but I will share them nonetheless.

First off, you all are aware that they're making a movie version of Mama Mia, right? How freaking cool is that? I know Gwynne will be the first in line to see it - because it's all ABBA, all the time, and she is an ABBA fan-girl. And what's even better than the fact that they're making a movie version is that it has Pierce Brosnan in it. And Colin Firth. And some other cute guy who I didn't recognize (IMDB says his name is Dominic Cooper.) And there will be dancing! And singing! And more Pierce Brosnan!

Also? Dr. Who has an advent calendar with all kinds of fun little Dr. Who related games and movies and so forth for each day. Today's is a Dalek breakout game. Very fun. Perhaps too much fun in the time wasting sense. However, it's Dr. Who. And there's always time for the Doctor.
