The latest book I've read for review is My Mother's Wish, by Jerry Camery-Hoggatt. This is a fast little book that tells the tale of Ellie's life-long struggle to be herself rather than the Eleanor that her mother wanted her to be as she grew up in the shadow of her "perfect" older sister.
It's a cute little story with a heart-warming ending that is semi-Christmas themed and would make a nice stocking stuffer or house warming/thank you type gift.
