Another book I took with me down to Florida was Reluctant Smuggler, by Jill Elizabeth Nelson. This is the third book in the To Catch a Thief series. Sadly, I haven't read the previous two, though I plan to find them having read this one as it was a fun read and the characters were delightful.
This mystery finds Desiree Jacobs in Mexico, working on a bid for her security company to take over for the museum in Mexico City. Several twists and turns later, Desiree is caught in a web of intrigue involving missing artifacts, kidnapped women, and a gang of drug traffickers. She and her fiance brave the danger to get to the bottom of the mystery while figuring out just what it'll take to get them to set a date.
This is a cute story. It's a fast read but the characters feel real and the mystery is well formed - all the ingredients for a worthwhile book. Four stars out of Five.

Thanks oodles for featuring Reluctant Smuggler on your blog. I hope my readers have at least as much fun reading the book as I did writing it!
