I put together a to-do list for today and got tired just reading it. I've probably bitten off way more than I'll actually be able to chew, but hey, it's good to have goals, right?
I'm also putting together a mental (need to get it onto paper or electrons) list of nearby places I want to day trip to this summer since my friend and I were going to do a little of that while she's off (she's a teacher).
Does anyone have any idea when babies start waking up cheerful? I would love to be awakened in the morning (or from naps) by chattering and cooing rather than ticked off squalling. Seriously, if he's not ready to wake up...don't! Or is he ticked off that I'm not there to immediately get him out of bed? Anyway...looking forward to a more cheerful greeting.
Speaking of which...I should run as it seems the morning nap has just ended. But hey, he slept straight from 7 pm - 5:30 am. Not bad. Not bad at all. Well, other than the whole 5:30 am part.

He is doing AWESOME to be sleeping like that. Rock on. :)
ReplyDeleteMy boy tends to wake up and stare at his crib for a while, as long as he's not hungry. If I go in during that time, I get a smile and a coo. If I don't go in before he's hit the I'm-hungry-and-you'd-better-feed-me-now mode, I get crying. :)
