This week's blog tour is for Fatal Deduction by Gayle Roper. This book tells about twin sisters Libby and Tori who are forced to share a home for six months in order to receive their inheritance from their aunt. The girls grew up in a dysfunctional family who skirted on the wrong side of the law with the idea that life was just about finding happiness, no matter what the cost. When their father and grandfather went to jail, Libby ended up finding a friend in the Christian neighbor across the street who helped her get her life back on track. Tori, on the other hand, ended up being just as wild and willing to do whatever in her eternal quest for happiness that never seems to quite be enough. The bad choices Tori makes are the fuel to the adventures in the book and lead the reader on a quiet romp through the territory of loan sharks, murder, and a case of mistaken identity.
It's a fun, easy read - something quite suitable for the beach or an airplane. I would imagine teens on up is the intended audience.
