Blog Tour: The Shape of Mercy

I recently read The Shape of Mercy, and enjoyed it thoroughly. This is a delightful novel that follows rich-but-trying-to-do-it-on-her-own-kinda Lauren as she takes a job transcribing the diary of Mercy, a young lady who was killed as part of the Salem witch trials. The storytelling is superb and you get a great picture of both Lauren and Mercy and their worlds.

Throughout the transcription, Lauren not only learns about Mercy, but she learns a lot about herself, as well.

The only possible negative is that you need to set aside an afternoon when you read this, because once you pick it up, you won't want to set it down.
