When did this labeling start happening? I do not need to know the "nutritional content" of a cheeseburger from McDonald's. I promise.

Is that your thumb?! Baby steps. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI think this is the beginning of the end of McDonalds as we know it. Shame, really.
That is, in fact, my thumb. And my steering wheel. Please ingnore my cuticle. I would say that generally they're not that ragged and half-hazardly attended to, but that would be a complete falsehood.
ReplyDeleteIt looks just like my thumb, "ragged" (that doesn't look too ragged to me) cuticle and all. ;-)
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend Beth!!! I like to know Carb content to be honest because that is what I'm cutting out of my diet to a large extent!
ReplyDeleteRach- I'm all about knowing carb content...but then, if you're worried about that, do you eat at McDonald's? I would think you'd seek out something, well, healthy. :)
ReplyDeleteWell, if you took off the buns and didnt eat them then you wouldnt know the carb content of the rest of the hamburger...it only labels for the entire sandwich.
ReplyDeleteWas anybody about whilst you were sitting in your car taking photos of your food?
ReplyDeleteI can picture the explanation. "No, no! It's okay, really - I blog!"
Heh.
Robert - I did glance about before snapping the picture in fact. Thankfully, no one was visible, so if they were laughing, they were at least kind enough to do so where I couldn't see them. On the other hand, I think I might use your explanation in the future.
ReplyDeleteBeth, you may have a future to the food-photo thing.. just check out Get In My Belly! who took a pic of everything he's eaten for the last 30 months.
ReplyDeleteGosh. Yes, I could deal without that information too. Bleh. :P
