The hospital thinks maybe they've identified the bacteria causing sister's sepsis. Of course it's not an easy one that they can put her on oral antibiotics and let her go home. That would be too easy.
This one requires 2 weeks of twice daily IV antibiotics. There's talk of a PICC line and letting her do them at home, except she lives alone. So we're trying to figure it out but the whole thing is frustrating and just...
